If you think you might have a slab leak, call Graham Plumbing Services at 281-302-6710. We’ll be able to tell you if you actually have a slab leak and we can often save you money by repairing the leaking section and by not repiping your house.
Summary of the Slab Leak Repair or Repipe Video
Here in Sugar Land, mostly in the Sweetwater neighborhood and in some of these other little neighborhoods around here, the houses have slab piping. So basically what they do is they’d run copper lines up through the slab and then they’d drop back down and go to each fixture, so it’s a continuous loop from one fixture to another fixture to another fixture. There’s not supposed to be any fittings underground. It’s just one continuous loop and it’s supposed to be a sleeve pipe.
So what’ll happen is that sometimes that pipe will get a pinhole or maybe it got kinked when they were bringing that line up and so it’ll get a leak. You’ll get a leak on both ends of that sleeve, or on one end of the sleeve. You’ll get a leak coming out of the wall or somewhere around there, you’ll get wet carpet, and we’ll come out and figure out if it’s a slab leak.
We Can Often Save You Money with a Slab Leak Repair
You know, a lot of companies are going out and telling people that they need to re-pipe the whole house because the pipes are under the slab. Well, yes that’s definitely one option. It’s a very expensive option. At Graham Plumbing Services we can actually repair that slab leak which a lot of companies won’t even attempt.
What we’ll do is we will find that damaged loop, we’ll isolate which loop is actually leaking, we’ll cap it off at both ends and then we’ll find another way to bring water over to the other end of that loop. We don’t actually go underground to repair the leak but we will have to cut some sheet rock and maybe bring one line back down and keep that loop running.
Repairing one section of the slab by bypassing the leak is a considerable cost savings especially in some of those bigger houses. It is often a much better option than having to go in and repipe the entire system.

Bryan Graham qualified as a Master Plumber in the State of Texas at a young age. In fact when he was licensed he was the youngest Master Plumber in the State. That experience and professionalism is reflected every day in the work of his plumbing technicians.
Good experience and honestly. Reasonable price. Honest is very important. My house was under slab water leaking. We found a “One 1 Call ” plumbing company and they told lie. First time, they told us our house needed to change all water pipes and it was the ONLY Solution. They quote the price was over $11000 something. It was too expensive… werefused. After about 20 mins, the manager told us he could use ANOTHER Solution and the price was over $3000 something …..it is a dishonest company. Then we found Graham Plumbing from googles and they had many good reviews. The 3 staffs were smart to solve my house under slab water leaking. They spent 3 hours and the Graham charged US $1150. I would highly recommend to all my friends!
