This is a summary of the video.
Yeah, we do, we do water treatment systems. And I think, about a water treatment system, depending on what you want, whether…a softener, a descaler, there’s a lot of different ways to go. A lot of times, what I do, is I go to a customer, and we’ll sit down and talk, and see what their issue is.
So somebody may come to me, and say, “I grew up in a house, we had a softener. I really like soft water. And so, I want soft water. I like the way it feels on my skin, because the soft water feels a little different.”
And so they obviously…they need a softener. There may be another person that’ll come to me, says, “Well, I like the idea of having soft water where my clothes get cleaner, I don’t get the residue on my faucets.” If you go and buy some of these fancier faucets, like the oil rubbed bronze, you see, they get the nasty calcium, and stuff like that. So, they want a softener for that reason, but they don’t like the way the soft water feels.
So there’s also things that we can put in, like descalers. And then, that may not be an issue at all. Somebody may just want filtered water. You want filtered drinking water, so we have systems that we can install under sinks. RO Systems, they can just give you drinking water. We have whole house filters. What I have on my house is a whole house filter, that just keeps the sediment down.
Anything that comes in from the city, if they’re working on a line, it’ll catch all the big stuff, but it doesn’t necessarily filter everything through the house, as far as doing a fine filter. I have a drinking water filter at my sink. And so there’s a lot of different issues or situations, and what I like to do, is sit down with the customer, see exactly what they want to get out of the filter. And then, we can find a filter that works for them.
We also will take a water sample, and we can send that off, get it tested, and see if…with well water or even city water, see if there’s something particular that they want to get out. I know lately in Katy, they’ve moved over to doing surface water collection, so a lot of people are worried about chloramines, so we have a system that can get rid of the chloramines.
There’s just a lot of things to do, there’s a lot of different things that we can do. The main thing is to sit down, and see what the customer wants, what the customer wants to get out of this, what their purpose for having a filtration system is, and to design a system that fits their needs.
